What is hypoxic training?
Hypoxic training uses continuous or intermittent reductions in inhaled oxygen during the conditioning cycle, exploiting the body's cascade of adaptive responses to a thin-air environment.
The result: improved aerobic capacity, EPO and red-cell mass, mitochondrial density and metabolic efficiency — the same adaptations sought by athletes living and training at altitude, delivered safely at sea level.
