01 / Overview

The studio floor, at altitude.

What Kilimanjaro is, what makes it different, and where it fits in the HPFN lineup.

Kilimanjaro is a multi-station hypoxic rack feeding up to four masks simultaneously from a single oxygen-control unit. One generator, four athletes — engineered for class-format programming on the commercial floor.

What makes it different: built for group programming — HIIT circuits, squad blocks, class-format altitude training. Most studio hypoxic systems are single-station; Kilimanjaro is HPFN's answer to the commercial-floor use case.

Who it's for: gyms with altitude programming, sport teams running squad conditioning, military training centers running group acclimatization, sport-science labs running multi-subject studies.

Why this configuration: amortizing one expensive generator across four athletes brings the per-athlete cost to a level that works for class-format commercial programming.

03 / Applications

Where Kilimanjaro works.

Six environments built around single-athlete session depth, monitored programming, and exportable data.

Commercial fitness studios

Altitude programming for class-format and group coaching.

HIIT-format group training

Up to four athletes, per-station monitoring, single class leader.

Squad conditioning

Sport-team conditioning blocks with per-athlete profiles.

Military group acclimatization

Group-format pre-deployment hypoxic acclimatization.

Multi-subject sport-science labs

Same-protocol exposure across four subjects in parallel.

Pro team conditioning blocks

Between-competition group conditioning at altitude.

04 / Software

The system, commanded.

Every Kilimanjaro unit ships with HPFN Altitude OS — facility dashboard, athlete companion app, and live biofeedback on every session.

Per-station athlete profiles

Each of the four stations runs an independent athlete profile with its own protocol.

Class-leader live control

Set altitude per group or per station from the tablet — adjust mid-session with one tap.

Per-station biofeedback

Independent SpO₂ and HR streams for each athlete; automatic per-station threshold alerts.

Per-athlete data export

Each session yields one CSV per athlete, plus a class-level summary report.

07 / Questions

Common questions about Kilimanjaro.

Eight answers to the questions buyers ask before placing an order.

01How is normobaric hypoxic training different from hyperbaric or hypobaric chambers?
Normobaric systems like Kilimanjaro reduce the oxygen percentage in air at normal atmospheric pressure — the same physiological stimulus as altitude, without the cost, footprint, or safety complexity of pressurized chambers.
02How does a four-station session actually work?
Each athlete uses their own mask with individual O₂ delivery, monitored by a dedicated SpO₂ sensor. The altitude target can be set per group (all four at the same altitude) or per athlete (independent profiles) from the class-leader tablet. Sessions can be started and stopped per station.
03What's the lead time from order to delivery?
Standard lead time is 6 – 8 weeks from order confirmation. Expedited delivery is available on request.
04What does installation look like?
Kilimanjaro ships pre-configured. HPFN provides on-site commissioning and operator training as part of the included service. Total install time is typically half a day.
05What's the warranty and ongoing support?
2-year manufacturer warranty on all hardware. Lifetime software updates and technical support. Annual maintenance service plans available.
06What certifications does Kilimanjaro hold?
CMA certified (China's national testing authority), CE compliant, IEC 60601 aligned. FCC and IC certifications are in progress for North American market readiness.
07Is hypoxic training safe?
Properly programmed normobaric hypoxic training is a well-studied intervention with decades of peer-reviewed literature behind it. Kilimanjaro's per-station closed-loop SpO₂ monitoring and automatic safety thresholds add hardware-level protection on top of protocol-level safety practices.
08Can I see Kilimanjaro before buying?
Yes — request a virtual demo or, for qualified buyers, an in-person visit to HPFN's Hefei facility. For single-athlete depth see Everest (HPF-1); for sleep-tent acclimatization see Kailash (HPF-4).
